The National Association of Public Health Managers (NAPHAM) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Health Program Manager to lead and coordinate our community health initiatives across Malawi.

This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating public health programs focused on disease prevention, health promotion, and community wellness. The ideal candidate will work closely with government agencies, NGOs, and community stakeholders to strengthen health systems and improve health outcomes.

Key responsibilities include program planning and implementation, monitoring and evaluation of health interventions, capacity building for local health workers, budget management, and reporting to donors and stakeholders.
